Yukon Solitaire: a guide for your next round
Try Yukon Solitaire at your own pace and keep its objective in view. Build four suit foundations from ace to king. Look at what changes after your first action. Make your first input carefully and watch the result. Use the example below to understand a decision.
One deck, no stock, Yukon deal. Free solo play, no wagering.
One thing to notice as you play
Take enough time to read a new position. If a game has a timer, learn its controls first rather than searching for them during the round. Make the next step deliberately.
Aim for this result
Build four suit foundations from ace to king. An attractive position is not enough unless the goal is met. Check the rules when you are unsure.
Start here and follow along
- Build down in alternating colours. Any face-up card carries all cards below it, even when unordered. Kings fill empty columns.
- Select a face-up card and then the destination pile or Empty slot.
- Use foundations where available; full Spider or Scorpion runs clear automatically.
- Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.
Your inputs
Click or tap cards and piles. Wide tableaus scroll inside the game; use Undo, Hint and New deal where shown. Read a button’s label before selecting it. Check any mode label before starting.
Put the rules into context
A red 6 carrying an unordered tail can move onto a black 7. Your next round may have a different position, so inspect it before acting. Take a moment to compare.
Pay attention to this rule
Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. A different version of the game may use a different rule. Locate the buttons and input area before beginning a long round. Use the on-screen labels to avoid an accidental restart.
